nce upon a time…the glitz, glamour and magic of Christmas in the Sky returned to Louisiana Downs, Saturday, Dec. 10. Shreveport Regional Arts Council’s award-winning fundraiser celebrated its 19th biennial with Kiss a Frog: An Enchanted Evening of Tall Tales, Fairy Tales and Cocktales, a gala that included live and silent auctions with one-of-a-kind items and experiences, cocktail buffets, entertainment, and dancing. Proceeds from the event will fund SRAC’s programs for the next two years.
