ince a very young age, Regan Bartley has had a sense of style. It is no surprise this self-made entrepreneur has created a name for herself in the fashion world, launching her Bartley Brand business in November 2021. “Anyone can recommend certain clothes,” Bartley noted, “but a personal stylist spends time learning how you feel about the clothes you wear, and what recommendations will fit your lifestyle long after your session with them ends.”
The Lafayette native is a graduate of the University of Louisiana where she holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. With a passion for health and wellness, Bartley also has a desire to inspire a look in her clients that makes them look and feel their best.
Bartley Brand offers in-home visits, local store visits, and completely virtual visits. Bartley can zone in on how to style both women and men during her various sessions, helping create a style right for them. “An in-person service I offer is a ‘Shopping Excursion.’ No more shopping stress. No more wandering the mall aimlessly. I will visit stores ahead of time and pull clothing specifically tailored for you, your body, and your lifestyle. All my clients have to do is show up, go straight to the dressing room and try everything on,” Bartley said. “I’ll be there to give fashion advice and suggestions. At the end of our session, the client decides what to buy. They will go home with clothing they love, to add to their closet for a fully functional wardrobe.”
What about the clothes you have in your closet? No worries. Bartley can come in and clean out your wardrobe. “I will edit the clothing you already own, whether that means keeping pieces that work for your lifestyle or donating or consigning items that don’t serve you anymore. I will also organize your closet using my specific, tried-and-true system. Following the clean out, I will put together 10-15 seasonal outfits with what you already have in your closet, take photos of them and upload them to your custom Digital Look-Book with style memos that you can access from your smartphone,” she said.
Bartley also teaches her clients how to accessorize and provides a customized wardrobe and shopping checklist with recommendations on what to purchase in the future. “The main purpose of any personal styling experience is to discover the clothing and accessories which best represent you,” she said. “I am here to help you do just that, by materializing the style you’ve always dreamed of and building new looks you love.”
She added, “I agree with the saying ‘true beauty comes from within.’ However, I also believe that when you look in a mirror and feel confident about what you are presenting to the world and absolutely love what you are wearing, this helps increase your self-esteem and feel even more beautiful and confident on the inside. I truly enjoy helping people find a style that works for them, reflects who they are and makes them feel positive about their life.”
